Part

Description

A part is a technically specified, non-separable piece that is manufactured according to a specific work plan. There can be technical drawings for parts. In FACTON, you can enter the corresponding drawing number in the Details view.

Parts can be organized hierarchically to form a sub-assembly or assembly. The relationship between parts and assemblies is described in bills of material (BoM's).
