Variants

In FACTON, you can create and save product variants as projects quickly out of a maximum bill of materials.

You may edit the following properties depending on the variant:

  • Enter the number of assemblies, manufacturing parts and purchased parts
  • Enter manufacturing processes and additional costs

Procedure

  1. Create Configuration Project
  2. Display Variants View
  3. Select reference project
  4. Set reference quantities
  5. Set processes
  6. Save variants as projects
