Create Cost Calculation (Valuation: *Aggregate Costs Σ)

The created cost estimation (see Create Cost Estimate (Valuation: Estimate Costs ∼)) can be extended to a cost calculation.

In the *Aggregate Costs valuation, you can add several calculation elements. The *Aggregate Costs valuation combines the estimated costs of the embedded calculation elements in the superordinate element to create a precise cost calculation of your should cost calculation.

Note

You can add further calculation elements to your structure in *Aggregate Costs valuation. Sub-elements are also considered in this calculation.

When switching from *Aggregate Costs to Estimate Costs valuation, the sub-elements become irrelevant and will not be considered in the calculation anymore (indicated by 0.00 % in the »%ProdC on ΣProdC« column). These sub-elements are grayed-out, since they are inactive.

In addition, you will receive a warning informing you that you are currently using an estimation method although there are embedded sub-elements.

At first, the should cost calculation is being extended by several property definitions.
