Show / Hide group

In this group, you can show or hide the following views:

• Key Figures view
• Details view
• Structure View
• Used Objects view
• Work History view
• Consistency Rule Violations View

Consistency Rule group

This group lets you show or hide consistency rules.

Zoom group

In this group, you can specify how large the page should be displayed on your screen. This allows you to zoom in on details or reduce the size of the entire page.

You can select the following zoom functions:

• Enlarge or reduce view
• Set view to 100%

View Schema group

In this group, you can fix individual columns in multiple open tabs and/or various views to keep the column visible during editing.

You can select the following view schema functions:

• Fix Column
• Unfix Value

Structure group

This group lets you expand and collapse selection lists, the costing structure or the structures of the various views.

You can select the following structure functions:

• Expand all
  Expands the entire structure
• Collapse all
  Collapse the entire structure
• Reduce
  All sub-levels of the selected calculation element and all other calculation elements on the same level are collapsed.
• Expand level by level
  Gradually expands the level of the calculation structure
• Collapse level by level
  Gradually collapses the level of the calculation structure

Sort group

The Sort group allows you to sort the rows by selected column in alphabetical order.

You can select the following sort functions:

• Ascending
• Descending
• Reset

Filter group

The Filter group allows you to reset filters.

You can select the following filter functions:

• Reset

Fix Value group

You can use this group to fix individual values to filter a list of values and certain characteristics, or to use them for entries to quickly create a large number of value rules with the same characteristics.

You can select the following fixing functions:

• Fix Value
• Unfix Value
• Unfix All Values
