Details view
The Details view displays all available properties of the selected calculation element or global template. You can position the Details view horizontally below or vertically to the right of the Structure view. By default, the Details view is displayed to the right of the Structure view.

- You are logged in as a Calculator.
- You are in the Calculations workspace.
- You have opened a calculation.
- In the ribbon, click on the View tab.

Display of the calculation element
The selected calculation element or calculation is displayed for which you can define the properties.
When you open a calculation, the properties of the calculation are initially displayed in the Details view. If you switch to a calculation element of a lower level using the level navigation (drill-down), this element is displayed in the top level of the Structure view and the properties in the Details view now refer to this calculation element.
The »Name« column displays the name of the properties grouped together.
You can identify the groups of properties by the following symbols:
- With this ▼ icon you can collapse the group.

The »Value« column shows the values of the respective property.
You can edit the values of the properties of the selected calculation element or global template using:
- Comboboxes,
- Input Boxes,
- Local Lists or
- Value Rule Tables.

In the extended properties column, the 
button indicates that you can set additional properties for this property.
The button opens the extended properties in a new tab.
You can define extended properties for the following calculation properties:
