Key Figures view

All configurable key figures of a calculation and of calculation elements are shown in different view schemata.

While editing single calculation elements in the Structure or Details view, all important information are summarized in the Key Figures view. If you make any changes in the Structure or Details view, the consequential calculation costs are automatically shown in the Key Figures view.

Selection of View Schemata

You can also toggle the view schema within the Key Figures view. Each view schema shows certain data of the calculation or of the selected calculation element.

You can choose between the following view schemata:

Display of the calculation element

The selected calculation element or calculation is shown for which the key figures are calculated.

When opening a calculation, all key figures for the whole calculation are initially valid. If you change a calculation element of a lower level with the help of level navigation (drill-down), this element is shown as the top-level element in the Structure view, and the key figures now relate to it.

Fixing the current view

You can fix the current view of the key figures of a selected calculation element with the help of the fix button . In the Key Figures view, the values of the fixed calculation element are still shown when switching between the navigation levels.

For example:

If you navigate to a calculation element of a lower level but want to keep an eye on the key figures of the whole calculation, you can fix this current view.

Fix Current View

  1. In the Structure view, select the calculation.
  2. Click on the icon in the Key Figures view.

The current view is fixed in the Key Figures.

  3. In the Structure view, click on the arrow of the navigation path behind the calculation element and select any element of any level.

The element becomes the top-level element in the Structure view. The values of the Key Figures view did not change and still show the key figures for the whole calculation.

  4. In the Key Figures view, click on the icon to unpin your selection.
