Manage Global Templates
To maintain global templates in the Master Data workspace, you search for it using queries and then open the corresponding global template. After opening the global template in a tab, you can edit it.
Note
When you search for the global template, the tabs are labelled according to the »Query: <Master Data>« system.
After opening the global template, the tabs are labeled according to the »Global Template <Master Data>:<Label of the Master Data>« system.
In the Master Data ► Explorer ► Queries workspace, you can manage global templates for the following already created global templates:
- Commercial Measure
- Fixture
- Machine
- Material
- Special Direct Costs
- Technical Measure
- Tool
- Work step
