Expand and Collapse Structure and List

You can expand and collapse the structures and lists of the following views to improve the overview:

  • Structure view
  • Details view
  • Used Objects view
  • Selection List view (Master Data)
  • Key Figures view
  • Consistency Rule Violations view
  • Explorer

The structures and lists that you can expand and collapse are indicated by the following icons:

  • In the ribbon, click on View ► Structure ► on the button:
  1. Collapse All to collapse the entire structure.
  2. Collapse to gradually collapse the level of the structure or list.
