Mit dem Dialog können die Reportvorlagen für FACTON Reporte erstellt, bearbeitet oder gelöscht werden.

Open "Report System" dialog

  • In the ribbon, click on Reporting > Administer Reports .

Structure view of the report groups

Displays a structured arrangement of the available report groups.

Table of reports in a report group

Selecting an entry in the structure view shows the report templates contained in the table. If the entry is shown in red, it is a standard report template. It cannot be edited or deleted.

Column Description
Active A selected checkbox indicates the currently used report template for the highlighted report group.
Report name Displays the name of report template.
Comment Displays any remarks and comments related to a report template. Can be edited in "Report Properties" dialog.
Creator Shows the user creating the report template.
Creation Date Shows the date when the report template was created.
Modifier Shows the user who last edited the report template.
Last update date Shows the date when the report template was last modified.

  • "Create new report template" button

    Durch Drücken der Schaltfläche wird der Report Designer gestartet, mit welchem eine neue Reportvorlage erstellt werden kann.

    Drücken Sie hierfür im Report Designer F1.

  • "Edit selected report template" button

    Durch Drücken der Schaltfläche wird der Report Designer gestartet, mit welchem die markierte Reportvorlage bearbeitet werden kann.

  • "Delete selected report template" button

    Clicking this button deletes the highlighted report template.
