Add Sales Price

    • Open a project.
    • In the ribbon, click on File > Project Cockpit .
  2. Switch to the "Sales Prices" category.
  3. Enter the sales prices for the investment period.

Define Pay In and Pay Out

    • Open a project.
    • In the ribbon, click on File > Project Cockpit .
  2. Switch to the "Investments" category.
  3. Switch to the "Cash Flow" tab.
  4. Select the view:
    1. Yearly payments to distribute the costs per year.
    2. Monthly payments to distribute the costs per month.
  5. Choose a distribution mode for the Additional Costs /Machine .
    1. Standard to automatically distribute pay ins and pay outs according to a standard distribution.
    2. Manual to manually enter pay ins and pay outs as absolute or percentage values.
    3. Payment Rules to automatically distribute pay ins and pay outs according to system-wide payment rules.

Note

FACTON checks whether the total series of payment equals the total pay in and pay out. Calculating the key figures is also possible for deviated series of payment. The user is informed accordingly.
