Customize Quick Access Toolbar

The Quick Access is a customizable toolbar that contains a set of functions that are independent of the tab shown. You can place the Quick Access Toolbar at two different positions, add or remove functions.

Quick Access Toolbar Positions

The Quick Access Toolbar can be place at two different positions:

  • Above the Ribbon or to the top right of the FACTON Logo (Default position)
  • Below the Ribbon

Moving Quick Access Toolbar

If you do not want the Quick Access Toolbar to be displayed at its current position, you can move it to the other position.

Move Quick Access Toolbar

  • Right-click on the Ribbon ►
  1. Show Quick Access Toolbar Below the Ribbon to move the Quick Access Toolbar below the Ribbon,

    2. or:

  2. Show Quick Access Toolbar Above the Ribbon to move the Quick Access Toolbar above the Ribbon.

Add function to Quick Access Toolbar

Add Function

  1. Select a function that you wish to add to the Quick Access Toolbar.
  2. Right-click on the function ► Add to Quick Access Toolbar.

    The function is added.

Remove function from Quick Access Toolbar

Remove Function

  1. Select a function that you wish to remove from the quick access toolbar.
  2. Right-click on the function ► Remove from Quick Access Toolbar.

    The function is removed.
