Change Calculation Owner

The user who creates a calculation is automatically its owner. The owner has full permission for all of the elements within this calculation.

Information on the calculation owner can be found in the Details > Information view scheme (combobox) in the calculation.

Note

You must be the owner of the calculation to work on it offline.

Change Owner

  • You are logged in as Calculator or System Administrator.
  • You are in the Calculations workspace.

  1. Open Calculation

    You can open the calculation using the following options:

    1. Right-click on a calculation > Open in New Tab.

    2. Double-click in the very first empty field of the calculation you wish to open.

    3. Use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + SHIFT ⇧ + O.

      4. The calculation opens in a tab.

  2. In the Structure view, select the calculation whose owner you want to change.
  3. Right-click on calculation > Change Owner.

    The Change FACTON Owner dialog opens.

  4. Select an entry from the Select New Owner combobox.

    The calculation is assigned to the new owner.
