Open Successor

If a calculation has a successor, you can open it via the predecessor calculation.

You can open the successor in the Calculations workspace in two ways:

 

Open successor in the Structure view

  • You are logged in as a Calculator.
  • You are in the Calculations workspace.

  1. In the Structure view, select the predecessor calculation whose successor you wish to open.

  2. Right-click on the predecessor calculation > Open Successor.

    The successor to the predecessor calculation opens in a tab.

 

Open Successor in the Result view

  • You are logged in as a Calculator.
  • You are in the Calculations workspace.

  1. Run Query on Calculations

    1. In the Explorer > Queries, click on ► in front of SC Calculations.

      You can run queries for the following calculation groups:

    2. Click on a group whose calculation you are searching.

      A new "Query: <Calculation>" tab opens where you can set query parameters.

    3. Define your query parameters.

    4. Click the Run button to run the query.

      All calculations found for the selected group are displayed in the Result view.

  2. In the Result view, select the predecessor calculation whose successor you wish to open.

  3. Right-click on the predecessor calculation > Open Successor.

    The successor to the predecessor calculation opens in a tab.
