Move Element in Selection List Up and Down

1. Open the selection list in which you wish to move an element.

   Open Selection List

   • You are logged in as a Master Data Administrator.
   • You are in the Master Data workspace.

   • In the Explorer ► Selection List, click on
   • Confidence Level,
   • Supplier,
   • Commodity Group,
   • Tool Classification,
   • Fixture Classification,
   • Business Unit,
   • Purpose,
   • Industrial Sector,
   • Location
   • or Labor Group.

   The Selection List: XXX tab opens.

2. Change the position of the element in the selection list by moving them.

   Move Element

   1. Select the element you wish to move to another position.
   2. In the ribbon Start ► Structure ► click on the button:
      1. Move Up to move the element up,

         or

      2. Move Down to move the element down.

   Alternative:  

   • Right-click on the element. Either select:

   1. element up,

   or

   2. Move Down to move the element down.
