Create Elements

Create Element in the Selection List

1. Open the selection list in which you wish to create a new element.

   Open Selection List

   • You are logged in as a Master Data Administrator.
   • You are in the Master Data workspace.

   • In the Explorer ► Selection List, click on
   • Confidence Level,
   • Supplier,
   • Commodity Group,
   • Tool Classification,
   • Fixture Classification,
   • Business Unit,
   • Purpose,
   • Industrial Sector,
   • Location
   • or Labor Group.

   The Selection List: XXX tab opens.

2. Create a new element in the selection list.

   Create Elements

   1. In the selection list, select an element under which you wish to add a new element.
   2. Right-click on the element ► New.

      A new row is created.

3. Enter values for the properties of the element in the selection list.

   Enter Values

   • In the selection list, click in an input field (with a black triangle ◣) and enter a value.

     The new value appears in the entry field.
