Copy Global Template

• You are logged in as Master Data Administrator.
• You are in the Master Data workspace.

1. Run a query to the global template you wish to copy

   Run Query on Master Data

   1. In the Explorer ► Queries, click on button in front of SC master data.

      You can run queries for the following master data:

      • Company Own Machines
      • Company Own Materials
      • FACTON Content Machines
      • FACTON Content Materials
      • Commercial Measures
      • Fixtures
      • Manufacturing Cells
      • Special Direct Costs
      • Technical Measures
      • Tools
      • Work Steps
   2. Click on a master data whose global template you are looking for.

      A new »Query : <Master Data>« tab opens where you can set query parameters.

   3. Set any query parameters.
   4. Click the Run button to run the query.

      All elements found for the selected master data are displayed in the Result view.

2. Select the global template you wish to copy from the results list.
3. Right-click on the global template ► Copy.

   The global template is copied and is on the clipboard.
