Auto ID

The »Auto Increment ID« (Auto ID) is an auto generated unique identifier, which is used for

• searching for elements in queries
• communicating about elements.

The »Auto Increment ID« is available at all elements and calculations in the Details ► Information view.

The uniqueness of new elements is guaranteed by the FACTON server after publishing.

The »Auto Increment ID is composed of:

• <Numbers>-CSW for the current status of work
• <Numbers>-<Version number> for versions
