Labor Rate Calculation (Valuation: Default)
The labor rate is calculated by adding shift premiums, fringe cost, weekend premiums and performance bonuses to the basic wage, depending on the location, industrial sector and referenced calculation year. Use the valuation Default.
With this method of labor rate calculation, you use a precalculated fringe cost rate from the FACTON content. For maintained master data you can either use company-owned data or FACTON Content. Depending on the calculation context, the following values are determined by the value rules:

You can override the determined values with F12.
Labor Rate Calculation with precalculated fringe cost rate (Valuation: Default)
- You are logged in as Calculator.
- You are in the Calculations workspace.
- You are in the Structure view.
- Select the
Worker or
Setup Worker you wish to manually enter the labor cost rate for.
The Details view opens on the right side. The »Default« valuation is set.
- In the Details ► General, select a labor group.
If respective master data are maintained, the labor costs are calculated. A detailed cost breakdown can be found in the Details ► Labor Rate Calculation
