Filter Columns

To obtain a better overview, you can filter most of the columns in the different views according to their content. The columns that you can filter are indicated by the icon to the right of the column header.

In the Structure view, the superior costing elements and their values are always displayed for a filtered value.

Note

You can filter only visible or expanded costing elements according to their values. Collapsed costing elements are not included in the view.

Filter columns

  1. In the column header, click on of the column that you want to filter.

    The filter options will open.

  2. Activate the check box in front of the filter option you want to filter by.
  3. Confirm your selection with Enter.

    The column is filtered according to your selection.

Reset current filter

Reset filter

  1. Select a cell of the column for which you want to reset the column filtering.
  2. In the ribbon, click on View ► Filter ► Reset.

    The column filtering of the selected cell is reset.

Alternative:

  1. In the column header, click on of the column for which you want to reset the column filtering.
  2. Activate the checkbox in front of the filter option whose filter you want to reset.
  3. Confirm your selection with Enter.

    The column filtering is reset after your selection.

Value cannot be determined Filters for values for which no value could be determined and is displayed with #NV#.
Value is #invalid# Filters for values that could not be calculated (e. g. division by zero)

<empty> Filters for values that have not been entered or not yet calculated
<not defined> Filters for values that are not defined
