Save Support Information:

If you wish to report a problem to FACTON Support you will be asked to provide an event log file. Save this file and send it to: support@facton.com.

Save Support Information

  1. In the ribbon, click on File ► Information ► Save Support Information.

    The »FACTON - Save Support Information« dialog opens.

  2. Enter a file name and click Save.

    The file is saved as a ZIP file.

  3. Send the file to the FACTON Support Team.
