Define Data to Selection List
You can define and maintain the data of properties of the type »LocalizedText« in multiple languages. To do so, use the Details view of the corresponding node.
Changes to the structure of the selection list (adding, deleting or renaming properties) induce the need for synchronization. This ensures the availability of new/added/renamed columns under the node »Data«.
Changes to the structure of the selection list lead to the loss of already keyed-in values in affected columns (renamed or deleted).
To synchronize, select the node »Data« and click on DATA ► Synchronize Properties in the ribbon group »Selection Lists«.

The uniqueness is not guaranteed by FACTON when inserting new master data elements and selection list entries. However, the Excel import & update will fail if there are multiple rows with the same key (duplicates).
