FACTON automatically imputes machine, wage and setup cost rates of assigned machines or workers.
The calculation is based on unit times, machine times and setup times.

"Advanced" calculation mode for material
The "Advanced" calculation mode on a material entails the calculation of material costs based on the mass and price of a semifinished part.
Automatic change of calculation mode
The calculation mode of the material automatically changes to"Advanced" calculation mode when you assign a semifinished part to the material.
The mass of the semifinished part is calculated by its basic material density and its volume. If no density is assigned to the basic material, the mass can be entered manually.
