Functional right: Export project data to external templates

Where? In "Rights Administration" dialog > General > Export project data to external templates

Here you can administer permission to export project data to an external Excel templates for users and user groups.

Right	Description
No permission	In the ribbon under Data, the " Excel Templates" function is not available The project data export to an external Excel template is not possible
Permission granted	In the ribbon under Data, the " Excel Templates" function is available The project data export to an external Excel template is possible
Grant permission	Includes all permissions of the "Permission granted" right User can administer rights to other users
