"Excel Project Export" Dialog

Prior to exporting to an external Excel template, you can change project export parameters in this dialog, such as the calculation year, the file name and the file path.

Customize FACTON

  • "Column Chooser" button

    Click this button to open the "Column Chooser" dialog.

    You can show or hide individual columns with additional values, provided that you have read permission on the values. The Column Chooser settings are user-specifically saved. The attributes are hidden by default; they can be displayed but not edited.

 

Column Description
Export

Use the checkboxes to select all projects for the export you would like to create an Excel template.

You can activate the export directly in the table or in the details on the right.

Use the checkbox in the column header to select all projects.

Project Name

Shows the project name you can create an Excel template for.

Number Shows the project number.
Internal ID Shows the internal ID of the project.
Project Currency Shows the project currency of the project.
Calculation Year

Shows the calculation years in the project.

The "" button opens a combobox that allows you to change the calculation year. Then, only the key figures of the selected calculation year are exported.

You can change the calculation year directly in the table or in the details on the right.

File Name

Shows the file name of the Excel template.

You can change the file name directly in the table or in the details on the right.

By default, it is composed as follows: <project name> (<current status of work>)

 

  • File Path

    You can use the "" button to select a folder where the Excel template will be saved.

 

Edit project export parameters

This shows you the details of the selected project from the table on the left. You can change the same project export parameters.
