Analyze and Evaluate a Project

FACTON supports analyzing and evaluating FACTON functions, projects and master data with the help of reports.

Every report is based on a FACTON report template. A template consists of a header and a detail area. This means that all reports are standardized and share a uniform structure.

For an overview of the report templates, see the "Report Administration" Dialog. You can use this system to create, edit and delete report templates.

Requirements

Users require the "Full control" right to manage report templates.

 

CSV Export

The "CSV export" allows you to save project structure data as a CSV file that you can edit in Excel. All of the costing data for the selected calculation element, including all of the expanded sub-elements, are exported.

  • Open a project.

  1. Click on Data > CSV Export ("Export" group).

    The "Select File Name and Folder" dialog opens.

  2. Select a location to save the CSV file and enter a name for it.

  3. Confirm your entries with OK.

    The currently opened project was exported to a CSV file.
