  • Is a mandatory attribute and its value must be filled in.

The attribute was created as user-defined. Its content can be edited or deleted.

Gray

The attribute was created in the system settings (standard attribute). Only the value can be edited.

Yellow

The attribute was created in the system settings as mandatory attribute. A value needs to be entered (depending on the data type and unless already provided by a default value).

Attributes can be defined in the system settings.

Edit Data Synchronously

  • Open the Batch Data Administration.
  1. In the Synchronize column, activate the checkboxes in the rows you wish to edit in sync (a tool tip on the column header shows the number of active rows).
    • Using the column header checkbox, you can activate/deactivate the synchronization for all visible data rows. When grouping columns, only the corresponding data rows are activated.
    • When using the context menu > "Synchronize Project", data rows can also be activated/deactivated per project.
  2. Change a value of any activated cell.
  3. Confirm your selection with Enter.

The change is applied to all cells with activated "Synchronize" checkbox.

Note

Read-only cells (gray) do not include input values during synchronization.

Changes of property values are only synchronized, if the property is defined at the data rows or objects to be synchronized.

Values of filtered data rows are not synchronized, even when they have been selected for synchronization in the background.
