Delete a user

Delete users you no longer need from User Administration and the system.

Note

If you delete users from User Administration, the data they create in the system remains available. Information on who created the data get lost. The data is assigned to the user "Unknown".

The same applies to rights: Rights remain unaffected and are assigned to the user "Unknown".

Delete user

  1. Open the "User Administration" dialog.

  2. Select a user in the "<User>" structure view.

  3. Click on Delete.

    A confirmation prompt appears.

  4. Confirm the prompt with Yes.

    The user is deleted.
