"Change Password" dialog

Use this dialog to change the password of a user logged into FACTON.

"Change Password" dialog

• In the ribbon, click on File > Settings > Change Password.



Entry field	Meaning
Old password	Enter the current password.
New password	Enter the new password.
Confirm password	Re-enter the new password to confirm.

Note

You can only change passwords under certain conditions:

• is at least 8 characters long

• contains a combination of:

  • Uppercase letters
  • Lowercase letters
  • Special characters
  • Numbers

  Avoid easy-to-guess passwords, such as birth dates, names, or dictionary words.
