"Process - Properties" dialog

This dialog is used to display and edit information on a process.

Dialog elements without group

• "Process number" input field

  Shows the number of the process which can be modified by entering any numbers or letters. When the process number is shown in gray font, it has not been manually overwritten yet.

• "Process key" input field

  Shows the process key, which can be modified by entering any numbers or letters.

• "Name" input field

  Describes the process that can be modified by entering any numbers of letters.

• "Lot size" input field

  Shows the quantity that can be modified by entering any numbers. (For processes that are performed based on a defined quantity and not by lot).

• "Lot size effective" input field

  Shows the actual lot size in use.

• "Description" input field

  By default, this field shows the process description from Data Administration, which you can also directly add your own description to. Please note that the checkbox is activated by default.

  Hint

  When you hover over the process in your project structure tree, the description is displayed in a tooltip.

"Cost Center" group

• "Cost center" input field

  Displays the name of the cost center for the process.

• "Select" button

  The "Cost Center Assignment" dialog dialog opens to assign a new cost center.

• "Data Administration" button

  Data Administration dialog opens and the cost center for the process is displayed.

 

Edit Process - Properties

You can also change the properties of a process after it has been assigned.
