"Sales Prices" category

Here you can enter or calculate the sales prices and returns of a project for individual months or years.

The tables show

• on the left side the annual and

• on the right side displays the monthly sales prices.

You can also display an overview on all monthly and annually sales prices for both fiscal and calendar years.

Column	Description
Fiscal Year Calendar Years	Shows the calculation year for which the values in the table rows apply.
Sales Price FY Sales Price CY	Enter the sales price. If a value is specified in the columns "Delta [%]" or "Delta abs.", the value of this column is calculated.
Unit	Shows the unit of the sales price currency per piece. Example: "EUR/pc"
Delta %	Enter the percentage rate to be added to the sales price.
Delta abs.	Enter the absolute value to be added to the sales price.
Ø ROS [%] per Year	Shows the percentage Ø ROS per year.
Ø ROS [%]	Enter a Ø ROS in this column or have it calculated. This column calculates the sales prices along with the corresponding returns, so that the average return over the entire project period is achieved. The Ø return is recalculated when you change a percentage or absolute value in the table.
