"Batch Data Editor" dialog

The "Batch Data Administration" dialog enables you to edit properties of projects and their calculation elements across multiple projects.

Open "Batch Data Editor" dialog

  1. Open the project / multi project.
  2. In the ribbon, click on Extras > Batch Data Administration ("Tools" group) .

    3. The "Choose Projects" Dialog opens.

  3. Choose your projects and sub-projects on the left side and the properties you wish to edit on the right.
  4. Confirm your selection with OK.

    5. The "Batch Data Editor" dialog opens.

  • "Column Selection" button

    Click this button to open the "Field Chooser" dialog.

    You can show or hide individual columns with additional values, provided that you have read permission on the values. The column selection is user-specifically saved. The attributes are hidden by default; they can be displayed but not edited.

Dialog elements without group

  • "Error" display and button:

    Shows incorrect entries in the table.

    Click the button to open the error list display.

    Double-click on a list entry to display the error in the production planning table.
