Define quantities

The quantities can be entered on annual or monthly basis. Further, a distinction can be made between gross and net quantity. That depends on the system settings. Please contact your administrator, if you wish to change these system settings.

Enter annual or monthly quantities

  1. Open the Production Planning by either opening:

    • "Project Cockpit" dialog or
    • "Batch Data Administration".
  2. Switch to the "Fiscal years" tab.

  3. Enter the quantities in the following columns:

    • Gross Quantity (only available for the fiscal years, left table).
    • Quantity (per fiscal year or calendar year, left table).
    • Quantity (per month, right table).
    • Total Quantity (table left).
  4. Optionally, you can add a deduction rate in the "Deduction [%]" column ("Fiscal year" tab, left table).
