Create a manufacturing part

Add the following manufacturing parts to the assemblies "Upper part" and "Lower part":

Assembly "Upper part": Assembly "Lower part"
Manufacturing part: "Hand rest" Manufacturing part "Bottom plate"
Manufacturing part "Left key" Manufacturing part "Cover plate"
Manufacturing part "Right key"

Create a manufacturing part

  1. In the project structure, right-click on the assembly Upper part ► New ► Manufacturing Part. The Manufacturing Part Properties dialog opens.
  2. Enter "Hand rest" in the Name entry field.
  3. In the Quantity entry field, enter "1 piece".

  4. Click OK. The Manufacturing Part Properties dialog closes.

    The manufacturing part "Hand rest" is added under the assembly "Upper part".

  5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 to create all remaining manufacturing parts from the table Manufacturing parts.
  6. Save the project.
