Quantity of Project Elements

All project elements are used in the project structure tree with their quantities.

The initial quantity of a project element is entered directly when the project element is created or assigned.

The quantities of assemblies, production, standard and purchased parts can be changed later using the project structure tree. In assembly projects, this allows you to change the quantities for used projects after the fact, without changing the assembly above them.

  1. Double-click on the quantity node of a project element in the project structure tree. The Enter Quantity Dialog opens.

  2. Enter a quantity in the entry field.
  3. Confirm your entries with OK.
