Check Consistency dialog

This dialog is used to check the consistency of the data in Data Administration.

• "Check for" combobox:

  Select what you wish to check for.

• "Data administration category" combobox:

  Categories in Data Administration that are selected for checking.

• Check button:

  Checks the data in the selected Data Administration category for consistency and lists the results in the table.

• Table:

  The table displays all inconsistencies found while checking.

  • "Object" column: Every object found to contain inconsistencies is shown in a tree structure. This structure shows the hierarchical position of the object in Data Administration. The last object shown in the hierarchy, with a symbol, is the inconsistent object. The errors are shown as sub-elements.
  • "Reason for Inconsistency" column: A reason for the error is given for each inconsistent object shown in the "Object" column.

• Print button:

  Creates a report with a summary of the inconsistencies found.
