Report System dialog

This dialog is used to create, edit or delete report templates for FACTON reports.

• Structure view of the report groups:

  Displays a structured arrangement of the available report groups.

• Table of reports in a report group:

  Selecting an entry in the structure view shows the report templates contained in the table. If the entry is shown in red, it is a standard report template. It cannot be edited or deleted.

  • "Report name" column: Displays the name of the report template.

  • "Comment" column: Displays any remarks and comments related to a report template.

  • Checkbox per report: An activated checkbox indicates the currently used report template for the selecte report group.

• Create New Report button:

  Clicking this button launches the Report Designer, which you can use to create a new report template.

• Edit Selected Report button:

  Clicking this button launches the Report Designer, which you can use to edit the selected report template.

• Delete Selected Report button:

  Clicking this button deletes the highlighted report template.
