Edit the version status
Versions of projects have "Status" attribute. This attribute can be used to define the current status or relevance of a version. There are four statuses in the standard version:
- "In process"
- "Calculated"
- "Released"
- "Archived"
The settings allow you to define whether and for which status to generate the versioning reports.
Status Transitions for Version Status
Status transitions for version status (workflow status) can be defined so that not every status can be set at any time Then only one status can be set for a version if it is defined as the follow-up status of the currently set status A status can be defined for the current status of work, a version or automatic versioning.
